Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Steadyline Dispatch website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. Service-specific terms, such as coverage hours, pricing and escalation rules, are set out in a separate service agreement with each client.
Our services
Steadyline Dispatch provides call answering, triage, work order intake and technician coordination for businesses, according to instructions agreed with each client. We act on the client's instructions and do not perform any repair or maintenance work ourselves.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate instructions, contact lists and escalation procedures, and keep them up to date.
- Make sure on-call staff or contractors are reachable during covered hours.
- Remain responsible for the work performed by your own staff and contractors.
Emergencies
Our services do not replace emergency services. For any situation involving risk to life, fire, gas leaks or similar dangers, callers should contact 911 or local emergency services immediately.
Trials, fees and cancellation
Free trials, fees, billing cycles and cancellation terms are described in each client's service agreement or order form. Unless agreed otherwise, services are provided month to month.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadyline Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as telecommunication or power outages or incorrect information provided to us.
Website use
You may not misuse our website, attempt to disrupt it or use it for any unlawful purpose. Website content is provided for general information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
