Information we collect

How we use information

Call recordings

Calls may be recorded for quality, training and service records. Where required by law, callers are notified that the call may be recorded.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the client on whose behalf we handle a call, with service providers who help us operate (such as telephony, hosting and email providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service to our clients and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us. If we handle your information on behalf of a client, we may forward your request to that client.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
